Performance audit: This aims at identifying opportunities of improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of institutional operations, management and administration.
Forensic audit: This is a technical examination and evaluation of a firm or an individual employee’s financial records for a potential financial related crime (fraud or embezzlement) that may be sorted out in a court of law.​

Based on time required and the nature of service being procured, Delta Institute like any other research and consultancy firm charges some fees for services it offers. But our services are affordable and the value for money (VFM) is embedded in the delivery of all the services we offer.

Thus, our clients may consider one of the following policies:
Flat fee: clients pay upfront for a service they need.
Per a client fee: Delta Institute provides quotation for a service being requested.
Per a service fee: Delta Institute may agree to collect data and produce a report first, and the client pays after the service is completed.
